Daftar nominasi untuk 61st Baeksang Arts Awards akhirnya resmi diumumkan. Ajang penghargaan bergengsi ini kembali hadir untuk merayakan pencapaian luar biasa di dunia hiburan Korea, mulai dari televisi, program OTT, hingga film layar lebar.
Tahun ini, deretan kandidat dipilih dari karya-karya yang tayang atau rilis antara 1 April 2024 sampai 31 Maret 2025. Khusus untuk serial, yang bisa masuk nominasi adalah program yang sudah menayangkan minimal sepertiga dari total episodenya hingga batas waktu tersebut. Jadi, nggak heran kalau persaingan tahun ini makin ketat dan penuh kejutan.
Menariknya lagi, untuk kategori Best New Actor, hanya aktor pendatang baru yang pernah tampil di maksimal tiga produksi yang bisa masuk ke dalam daftar nominasi. Hal ini tentunya memberi ruang bagi banyak talenta muda yang menjanjikan untuk bersinar. Nggak cuma itu, beberapa produksi yang sempat terlewat tahun lalu karena jadwal rilisnya bentrok dengan masa penjurian, kini juga ikut dipertimbangkan.
